Made to order. Every bracelet is engraved just for you after you order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery. Orders ship from the USA. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after production, so most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days. Shipping costs and any available faster options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you are outside the US, email support@maggiestreasure.com and we will let you know what is possible.

Delays. Carriers, weather and holidays can occasionally slow things down. If we learn your order cannot ship within the time shown, we will email you with a new estimate and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy. Please check your shipping address carefully. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the address and cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, where we can, send a replacement.
