Welcome to Maggie's Treasure. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of maggiestreasure.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our products. We sell engraved affirmation bracelets made with an 18K gold plated bar (PVD plating over 316L stainless steel) and genuine natural stone beads. Because stones are natural, each one varies in color and pattern, and product photos are representative. Colors may look slightly different on different screens.
Orders. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we received it. Your order is accepted when we begin production. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
Prices and payment. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout along with any shipping, taxes and discounts before you pay. Promotions such as Stack & Save apply as described at the time of purchase and cannot be combined unless stated.
Shipping, returns and refunds. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.
Wellness content and stones. Our bracelets are reminders and jewelry, not medical devices. We make no claims that stones or bracelets have healing or therapeutic properties. Articles in The Treasure Journal are general information, not medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a doctor or licensed counselor. In the US you can call or text 988 at any time.
Product safety. Bracelets contain small parts and are not intended for young children. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing or sleeping and follow our Care & Sizing guide.
Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, sayings, designs, images, logos and Journal articles, belongs to Maggie's Treasure or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or sell it without our written permission.
Using our site. Please do not misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it for anything unlawful.
Reviews and messages. If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them to run and promote our store. Please do not send anything that is unlawful, offensive or that you do not have the right to share.
Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies and as required by law, our site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and Maggie's Treasure will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Maggie's Treasure operates, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
